| to empty cache or Temporary Internet files in Internet explorer go to tools then internet options which will open another small window ,on this you should see Delete Cookies and Delete files you just click on delete files then Ok |

| as above, but instead of clicking on delete files delete cookies. Once you have deleted cookies, you will find you will have to fill in username and password at everysite you needed it for to access it again. |

| Click on favorites, then organize, this will bring up a small window with 4 options on it, one being delete, highlight the favourite url you don't want then delete it. |

| Turn your mouse upside down and you will see a rubber ball, twist the bottom off( like you would a kiddy's moneybox) then the ball will drop out, the ball can be washed in warm soapy water, make sure you dry it properly, but it is usually the little bars inside that gets fluff on them the proper way to clean is use q-tips with alcohol cleaning fluid the same as you use to clean your computer equipment, I use a very fine pair of tweezers to remove it. Pop the ball back in and replace the cover and you should find that it's working better now. :-) |

| To copy anything scroll through text and keep it highlighted, then you can do either of 2 things 1) go to file at top left of window and copy press Ctrl & C keys now it is copied you want to paste it some where. 1) again either go to file and paste or 2) use Ctrl & V keys to paste where you want it hope this clear for you to understand if not mail me or ask me for help on live person |

| Yes there is, when you want to send mail to more than one person so that no one else sees their e-mail address instead of going to cc click on bcc and put all recipients there that way no one will know who else you have sent your mail to and a good way of stopping people spreading virus |
