HEAD COACH - KEITH WILLS
Email Keith When Keith Wills took over the reigns of the Fleming Volleyball Program, many thought he would be the right person to build a Championship contender. He had the background, the competitive fire, and the right connections to build the program to provincial notoriety. While the team continues to work towards the goal of a national tournament berth, the program and individual players have accomplished several notable milestones. Along with the impressive wins the team showed its immense potential in every match during. We are certainly moving in the right direction,” Wills says. “When we took over here we knew it wouldn’t be an overnight process. We wanted to build this program for the long term. The student-athletes we have now and the upcoming talent will all be helping build in the right direction. Wills graduated from the University of Alberta, with a Kinesiology degree specializing in Sport Performance. Along with his scholastic achievements Wills has also received his Level III certification from the NCCP. Along with his duties with Sir Sandford, Keith is also the Ontario Volleyball Region 4 Athlete Development Chairperson, and belongs to the Durham Attack Volleyball Club in Oshawa.In 2006 Wills guided the Region 4 team to the Gold Medal at the Ontario Summer Games and in 2007 Coach Wills was awarded the Ontario Volleyball's Recognition Award. |
