THE SOUTH WING (Fire)

Entering from the main entrance in the south side of the dojo, you would find yourself in a wide, rectangular waiting room. Currently the room is bare and unfurnished, save one thing: An arch in the north wall leads into the main foyer, with another archway leading from there into the central training room. A hallway leads east and west, from which a pair of private studies may be accessed. At the ends of the hall are doors which lead out.

THE EAST WING (Wood)

The east wing is composed of four classrooms, currently empty and devoid of any furnishings, joined by a T-shaped hallway which leads north, south, and westward into the center of the dojo. The northwest classroom appears to serve as temporary living quarters, having several bedrolls rolled out over the floor, with blankets neatly folded and pillows at the head of each.

THE NORTH WING (Water)

An outer ring, some ten feet wide and square, goes around the entire outside edge of this room. On the inside of this ring, an archway in each section of wall leads into another room, what will eventually serve as a shrine and place of worship.

THE WEST WING (Metal)

The west wing of the dojo is a single open room, 50 feet square, in which various supplies have been stored. There are several large piles of lumber, boards of various shapes, sizes, and lengths, all stacked and neatly arranged. Near the piles of lumber, several boxes contain other materials and tools: hammers, shovels, drills, saws, boxes upon boxes of nails, many bags of cement mix and plaster, rolls of insulation, boxes of shingles, and other materials.

THE CENTRAL TRAINING ROOM (Earth)

The center of the dojo is a large room, 100 feet square. The floor is packed earth, the walls of stout wood contruction, having twin layers of wood with metal reinforcements, and a vacuum insulated interior. The roof over the central arena is actually divided into three overlapping sections, the bottom being the widest and the top being the narrowest. Two layers of multiple arch supports form a layer between the each section of the central roof. Four massive wooden support pillars, round logs some two and a half feet in diameter, have been erected, standing up out of the floor in the four far corners of the central arena, leaning in towards the center where they meet at the top, some seventy-five feet above ground level. These four wooden beams and an interweaving web of wooden rafters form the main support system for the roof over the dojo. High up in the rafters, a network of ropes leads high up to a platform just under the roof's peak. A large brass gong hangs there over the square platform, with a padded mallet placed nearby.

THE WOODEN WALKWAY

From each of the wings, a pair of side exits let out upon a circular wooden walkway that makes a ring all around the dojo. A decorative railing leaves the walk open to the air, while a slanted roof provides shade and cover from the rough island weather. Between this walkway and the outer walls of the dojo rest lush gardens tended with care by loving hands. Fresh greenery and blossoming flowers fill the air with sweet perfumes, and the sound of ever-trickling water can be heard, projecting a relaxing atmosphere for those who would seek solace and contemplation. At the middle point of each walkway, the railing ends and a set of stairs lead down to either side ... either to enter the gardens, or step back out onto the Dojo's lawn.
