Holly's best friend was the only one to respond to this
little italicized-end-bit query, and seeing as how she already knew the
answer, it must have been all about the ham.
So, what did inspire Holly's name? Believe it or not,
a character named Holly on "General Hospital," which her Grandma was a fan
of at the time. What, not exciting enough for you? Well, if Holly had been
a boy, her dad wanted to name her Roscoe.
Oh, and in case you're interested, Holly's birthday is
November 27. Send her expensive, shiny things.
