Official
motor ace website
|
Just
had a new design by the wonderful Mandy at Short Fuse, with lots of
multimedia, tour diary and very active message/discussion forum.
|
|
Festival
Mushroom Records (motor ace's label)
|
An
awesome site, with heaps of stuff on the guys, as well as comps and
more info on other Sputnik labelmates (like 28 days and George)
|
|
motor
ace online (Geoff and Leigh)
|
Awesome
little site by two very dedicated fans, a lot of content here, and lots
of extras like mp3s. Geoff makes a point of getting anything and everything
motor ace. He's also the co-founder of the lowriders motor ace fanclub.
|
|
Chromakey
(Loch)
|
Was
one of the most updated (and one of the first motor ace) sites, and
got information before the rest of the fan sites, but hasn't been updated
in a while.

|
The
Chairman (Josh)
|
One
of the very cool fansites popping up everywhere. This one is awesome
cos of the multimedia content, especially the bootlegged live sounds
from instores and the like.
|
|
The
motor ace network (Josh)
|
Another
one of Josh's sites. This one deals with a whole heap of Mp3s and bootlegs
of instores. He's got both live at the wirelesses and a lot of instores.

|
The
American Shoe
|
Another
one of the new fansite popping up :) A cute little site, thats in development.

Triple
J
|
One
of the first stations to play the boys way back in 1999! Request them
on Super Request with Rosie Beaton, or vote for them on the Net 50.
Great supporters of motor ace (both albums have been feature albums
of the week, and they have played live at the wireless twice) and oz
music in general.
|
|
Rage
|
Another
ABC affiliate, and a great music video program. They play a lot of clips,
from start to finish (so you don't miss any of it). Motor ace have guest
programmed rage once a while ago now, but you can see their introduction
if you are willing to sift through all the previous programmers.

Channel
[V]
|
I
have to admit that I don't know much about Channel [V] (I don't have
cable at home unfortunately), but I do know that they support oz music
and play alot of request clips. It's got a huge following as well, as
it exposes bands that wouldn't normally get airplay.

Love
Police
|
The
fantastic clothing design company that specialises in merchandise for
bands. They have a shirt archive for all the bands that they have done
work for (including motor ace), but it hasn't been updated in while.
You can order shirts and other merchandise online (tho not motor ace
ones unfortunately).

Illicit
Clothing New Zealand
|
I
love this brand of clothes. The band formerly known as Shihad, now known
as Pacifier, wear this brand. It's a fantastic brand, though a little
on the pricey side. Go to the site to check out their funky range of
shirts and designs. It even lists their Oz suppliers (in Sydney and
Melbourne) as well as other international suppliers.

Shameless
plug for my photography site. Lots of pics of the motor ace boys, plus
other bands like Fur Patrol, Pacifier, Eskimo Joe and Good Charlotte.

Pacifier
|
The
band formerly known as Shihad. They are considered Australia's hardest
working band, and one of the most dynamic live. Up to album number 5,
and with a new name (due to the Jihad that was called against the US),
the boys are back with a vengence. Check em out, join the street team,
do what you will, but make sure it rocks...

|
Foo
Fighters
|
The
band that pretty much gave motor ace their big break. This was basically
their first large scale tour with a BIG band.
|
|
Eskimo
Joe
|
Another
of the stalwarts of the live music scene, though coming from a different
angle. The site has finally been loaded and ready to go, and its a funky
design that you can play around with.

|
Fur
Patrol
|
One
of motor ace's old touring buddies. This New Zealand band is awesome.
Check out their album 'Pet' and look out for their new album...
