518:Could you say your name and what you do in the band?
COY:JT Lloyd, I play lead guitar and sing back up vocals in Courtesy of You.
518:How did Courtesy of You come together?
COY: Kyle and I started writing songs together last summer, we were both in different bands at the time, we weren't really into them that much and courtesy was just a simple little side project, then Jason our bass player started writing sngs with us and recently we added James on drums and started playing bigger venues.
518:which song on your new record describes you the best?
CYO:Thats a tough one... I would say "I Know" its a song about faith and staying focused on what matters in life.
518:Do you have a favorite venue or venue(s) you like to play in?
COY:The Last wave club and the doghouse
518:Is 518 Music the best online music site ever?
COY:I would have to give that a big fat YES!!!
518:what's in your CD player right now?
COY:Thrice,Miles to Go,Fallen from the Sky, Haste the Day
518:What is the coolest band you have played with and do you have any crazy stories from touring?
COY:I would have to say Madelyn, they are super nice guys and amazing musicians, no crazy tour stories yet, were going on our first tour this summer.
518:How does Courtesy of You stand out from other Flordia bands?
COY:Were an acoustic band with drums and bass, yet we rock out, I have yet to see or hear a band like us out there yet.
518:What made you get into music?
COY:I was brought up in a very musical family, and I just started to love music and I haven't stoped, and I dont plan on stopping!
518:What are your plans for the next few months?
COY:Play shows, get signed, get our web site up, and just get our name out there.
518:What's the last show you have been to and not performed?
COY:Last wave-kids in the way, brought down the house!
