5Head's 5th Day ...
Say a Prayer for freedom
On the fifth day, I rested. Actually, I've been resting most of the time, but FiveHead's Fifth day finally arrived ... and so have pictures! I was able to get my hands on a digital camera, and here are pictures from five days following my procedure. All pics are with wet hair.
The darker it gets ... the better I look! Who turned on the lights?!
Flash or No Flash - Your choice. My right front side received the vast majority of the 1060 grafts. I think this shows that there has been very little (if any) shock loss. All the time and care that Dr. Wolf took by personally creating the sights and personally placing most of the grafts in my hairline and right side looks like it paid off.
Start Growing, already!
Scalp, scalp ... go away
and now a message from Amtrak ...
"Come on every-body ... do the loco-motion!"
All aboard!
Look Ma, no scar!
Obviously, none of us wants to have a scary-looking scar on the back of our heads. This might look a little nasty, but don't forget ... its only 5 days after surgery, the sutures are still in, and I'm pulling the hair away from the area. The picture on the right was taken 5 seconds after the one on the left with my hair still quite wet from the shower ... and you can't see the scar at all! Also, it might look a little painful, but it really isn't. I haven't had to take the pain medicine Dr. Wolf prescribed since the first day post-op.
