My reason for putting together the Workers Rights Website is to provide an informative base for Trade Union Activists but also to encourage non Union Members to become involved and unite with their appropriate Union. I have also added many links I find useful in my everyday work and from my experience it is often necessary to involve outside authorities in pursuit of resolving Members issues. Whilst it is always advisable to to fully utilise the Employers policies and procedures we should not be fearful of involving an outside body if the Employer fails to recognise safety, discrimination etc. I hope you find Workers Rights useful and you are able to attain all the necessary work related information.
