Born in Mmabatho, now Fistaz lives and works in
Johannesburg as a graphic designer and disc jockey
at various clubs around Gauteng and Southern Africa.
Fistaz was know as 'Fizzy J' way back in high school when he
was a small time dj. People like Thebe, Cue of crowded crew,
Stoan of Bongo Maffin, Bruce (BOP) and a few other present celebrities where all in the same game of composing music, performing and also disc jockeying.
In 1994 he moved to the big bad city to study Civil Engineering
at Technikon Witwatersrand. That is where he joined the now
defunct campus radio station viz 'Channel T'.
Fistaz' love for spinning house music was discovered back
in '90, that's 10 years of beats and beats. Much has happened
since, He even released an album at some stage. Watch this space
for the next CD due mid 2001.
