Mack Fisher's Fossils
I have been collecting fossils since I was 9 years old.  The first fossil that I found was a beautiful 3/4" Sand Tiger Shark Tooth that I found along the west coast of Florida in 1979.  Since then, I have collected many thousands of different sharks teeth from many different species at various locations in Calvert County, Maryland and at the PCS Phosphate Mine (a.k.a. Lee Creek) in Aurora, North Carolina.

I have collected other various marine fossils at these localities including fish teeth, crocodile teeth,
whale vertebrae and teeth, porpoise earbones and teeth, and occasionally an interesting looking shell.

The other types of fossils in my collection include trilobites from western Virginia and fossilized ferns from a
strip coal mine in Pennsylvania.

See below for links to pictures of some of the fossils that I have in my collection.
The site is currently being constructed.  Please enjoy the pictures and new ones will be added soon.

This is a picture of a Megalodon tooth collected at the PCS Phosphate Mine in Aurora, N.C.  Unfortunately, it was not found by me.
However, it is in my collection and is one of my favorite pictures of my shark teeth I have at this time.
Please click on the link to view some of my finds at the mine.
