Please read "The Ugly Truth " first. My prices start at about $500 for a front big brake system built with good used parts. If you want 4 or 6 piston calipers, the price will be more, depending on if it can be done for your application.(not all applications have enough room for the opposed pistons)
I custom make these kits one at a time. I am no longer keeping any kits in stock and I am not making kits for sale on Ebay any more.
I have found that it is easier to just get a new set of discs to make a big brake kit instead of trying to find a set of good used discs. The pics on the previous page shows stock discs being used, I no longer use stock discs on any of my Big Brake kits. Using newer lightweight calipers and old heavy discs is one way of "half assing" it.
I will probably change to only using new discs only in the near future and that will double the price of the kit (Have you priced discs lately?). I have gotten tired of buying "good used" discs only to receive worn out junk discs that I can not re use or resell.
.
The brake kit on the right is a 320 mm disc with 2 piston calipers. The calipers are what I concider the "Standard" for the big brake kits . This would be the entry level big brake kit (Shown on a 75-77 GL 1000)
The brake kit on left uses stock discs and 4 piston calipers. These calipers would be and upgrade fron the "Standard" Big Brake Kit
  (Shown on a 78 XS 650)
The brake kit on the right uses 320 mm discs and 6 piston calipers. This kit would also be a step above the "Standard" brake kit and the price would reflect that. This is the ultimate in Big Brakes for the Yamaha 650.

I can make Big Brake Kits for many applications. Some applications I cant, like the CB  SOHC K with the antique swinging caliper arrangement. The fork caliper mount on the K does not lend itself to these type of modifications. That is why I changed my 74 CB 750 front end to a GL 1000 front end. For the K model, I offer a dual disc conversion using stock parts that you supply (caliper, disc and speedo drive)
For some applications, I will need your front end and wheel to make up a Big Brake kit. I have some front ends and I can  make up a kit with what I have but if I dont have an identical front end you would need to send yours. This is especially true when you are mixing and matching parts (IE-Yamaha forks, Honda wheel, etc).
I need to have a deposit on ANY Big Brake kit I make. I have made a few Big Brake kits for "customers" that changed their mind once it was done and the Big Brake Kit  does nobody any good sitting on my shelf.
I also prefer phone calls to emails (443-929-2824) I prefer the warmth of a conversation to a computer screen. Be fore warned as I will not tell you how to do what I do or what I use to do it with.
If you want only new parts (discs, calipers, braided lines, master cylinder)  in your Big Brake kit, it will easily be $1500 or more.

Adding a Big Brake kit to your Vintage motorcycle not only gives you better braking feel and power, it also lightens up the front end for better handling. On my Dunstall CB 750, I have lost about 7 lbs off the front end (compared to stock GL) by converting to a Big Brake Kit. I will eventually replace the 6 piston calipers with a set of 4 piston calipers and I will loose another 1.2 lbs off the front end. This translates to less unsprung weight and lightens up the front end for better response to road conditions and better handling.

Premium Big brake kits (with all new parts) will ONLY be sold directly through my web site or over the phone and I will need a deposit to cover the parts cost BEFORE I will start to work on fitting the kit.

I only sell the complete kits. At one time, I was going to offer just the brackets, but there are to many variables when you try to get the correct fitting discs and calipers. There are many calipers that look like they would work and some applications will actually work with the wrong caliper, only to have the brake pads hit together when they have worn down some and then you have no brakes at all. The same goes with the discs, some look the same and are for simular bikes, but wont work with the big brake set up that is set up with a specific caliper
