1st Artshop and its sponsors respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information about you to any third party. 1st Artshop wants you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, the item can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days after you receive it provided you return it directly to the artisan in its original condition. Once we've confirmed receipt by the artisan, we'll either process your exchange order or reverse your credit card charges. Please note that, unless the item was damaged or defective, shipping costs are not refundable.
