What is that symbol in the title?! Find out HERE.

"What appears to only be an abandoned, run down old house to
the untrained mortal's eyes is to Fae eyes a lovely bed and breakfast,
almost New England in style and charm."

Firnost Freehold, located in Kansas City, MO is one of the few commoner mews to hold such power, honour and distinction. In a time when nobles have been consolidating power, Firnost has remained detached from the struggles. Answering only distantly to the Duchess in control of the local area, Firnost keeps itself afloat with little to no outside support, electing its own governmential systems and policing itself.

Firnost Freehold generally uses 2nd edition Changeling: The Dreaming rules.
For those without current rules, click here.

Many and varied are the resources of Firnost. Here, we boast a True Democracy, in which any fae may vote to determine our standing laws and rules. The freehold itself is as varied as its patrons, boasting both an impressive history as well as a lovely manner of decor that serves to please all manner of guest, from permanent visitor to travelling musician. A description of the freehold is therefore presented for perusal (open to additions, mind you). And though you will find trods to other freeholds on the sidebar, Kansas City boasts an impressive array of supernatural residents, some with tenuous ties to the freehold proper.

New stuff: Player Pictures! We now sport a small gallery of the faces behind the characters who are seen in Firnost. Go look! Also, a few of the kith pages have been updated with more up-to-date information.
I'm still working on an archive of random stuff for Firnost Freehold. It now contains such information as a list of officially Banned Fae, the Firnost Fae List and the old Firnost Herald editions. These can be found under the new Resources page - though some contain no information as yet. The Firnost mailing list seems to be reaching peak numbers again - if you are not a member, subscribe to the list here.
