Three babies hatched today - all look like the are normals - very cute.
Saturday 14 August
The Silver female has taken over the mothering duties - abandoning her own nest to do so.
Saturday 28 August
The Normal female is sitting on a nest of eggs again.
Sunday 12 September
Can see that I have two males and one female from the first clutch. Normal is still sitting and the Silver started sitting this weekend.
Thursday 14 October
The normal female hatched 6 babies - only 2 normals survived. The silver female hatched 5 babies and none have surived. Unsure what killed all of them - no visible signs of attack, not drowed etc.
Normal female is sitting again. Will allow her to hatch this lot and them start to sell the babies previously born.
