�I got it!� Kari yelled. She opened the door. A blond boy with ocean wild eyes of fourteen with the name of Takeru Takashi was revealed.
�Tai, TK�s here. I�m gonna go,� Kari yelled.
�Ok, bye,� Seventeen-year-old Taichi Kamiya, who have chocolate-colored hair and eyes, replied to his little sister.
�Hey, let�s go,� Kari said to TK, closing the door behind her. TK looked the same as he did everyday, right down to his trademark hat .The two walked to school, enjoying each other�s company. When the arrived at school, they both went their separate ways to their lockers. A figure came to Kari while she is stuffing books in her backpack. She looked up and saw a girl of fifteen with lilac hair and brown eyes hidden behind round glasses.
�Oh my god! Is that you Yolie?! Long time no see! How are you?� Kari asked excitedly, as she rushed to hug her friend.
�I�m fine. How are you?� Yolie asked Kari, after hugging her. Yolie went to America for a year or so for school and was back.
�Oh I�m fine,� the two talked and catched up with each other. Finally the bell rang.
�I need to go, but see you at lunch. Bye!� Kari said to Yolie, as she was caught in a stampede caused by the bell as students rushed to class. Kari ran toward her class. She saw TK sitting. She went over and sat down next to TK. Kari told him that Yolie is back from America. Then the teacher came in and started teaching. When the finally rang, Kari ran out the classroom while shouting a quick goodbye to TK. She went to first, second, third and fourth period. Finally the bell rang for lunch. Kari got her lunch and went over to her usual lunch table. As she approach the table, she saw TK was already there talking to someone. As she came closer, she noticed that the person TK was talking to was fifteen-year-old Ken Ichjiouchi, who has dark blue hair and dark blue eyes.
�Hey you guys,� Kari greeted them as she sat down.
�They call this food?� Kari asked as she threw her food away, with the laughter of TK and Ken in the background. Kari saw someone coming towards their table.
�Hi Yolie!� Kari called out to her friend.
�Yolie? Oh yeah! Yolie came back today isn�t that right Kari?� TK said as he remembered that Kari told him that in first period.
�Yea,� Kari replied as Yolie came closer. Yolie sat down next to Ken.
�Hi! I missed you guys,� Yolie said to them, but was looking in the direction of Ken. Kari sensed that they want some privacy.
�TK, don�t we have some work to do?� Kari asked.
�No� Ouch!� TK exclaimed as Kari elbowed him in the ribs. Kari gave him a look. Ken and Yolie gave them both a confused look.
�I mean we have a lot to do. Bye!� TK and Kari left with them still staring at them both.
�What was that for?� TK asked as soon as they were out of the cafeteria.
�Well, I think they want a little privacy,� Kari replied, walking with TK by her side. Together, they walked around the school. They both sat down in the shade of a tree in the middle of the school. They were talking and enjoying the beautiful day.
�I wonder where Ken and Yolie is,� TK wondered out loud. As he said those words, Ken and Yolie came strolling into view, holding hands.
�Hey guys,� Kari said to them. Then the bell rang. They all walked to where PE was held since all have PE together. Kari and Yolie went to the girl�s locker room.
�So what�s up with you and Ken?� Kari asked as she pulled her shirt over her head.
�I dunno. I mean I like him and he knows, but�.� Yolie trailed of as she pulled on her PE shirt over her head and pulling shorts on.
�But?� Kari asked as she ran a comb though her hair then tied it in a ponytail.
�I don�t know if he can have a relationship,� Yolie confessed.
�Have faith,� Kari said simply as they went out of the locker room. Yolie nodded. They saw TK and Ken leaning on a wall. Kari and Yolie came over to them and they took their seat. The teacher instructed them to run. Kari ran ahead of TK. TK came from behind her and tripped her. Kari regained her balance and saw TK laughing. Kari got mad.
�You�re a dead man Takashi!� Kari yelled as she started after him. TK saw this and ran faster. Kari catches up to him. She leaped on him and tackled him to the ground. Kari got off him, dusted herself off, and walked away. But TK doesn�t give up that easily. He got up and charged at Kari. They both fell down to the ground again.
�That�s enough,� Kari and TK looked up to see their PE teacher. They both hung their head in shame.
�Sorry, Mr. Natashi,� Kari and TK said. Mr. Natashi brushed it aside and told them to get water and then play. Kari and TK went before he changed his mind. Kari looked over to TK. He was bent over, panting from running. Sweat was all over his face. He reached a hand up to brush his hair out of his face. My god he looks so hot. WHAT?! Where did that come from?! He�s just my best friend. Kari looked away from him and got herself a water bottle. TK stood up and a water bottle was handed to him. He looked up and saw Kari holding the bottle and a smile on her face. TK grinned and took the bottle. They both took a big gulp of water. They waited until Ken and Yolie were done. They all then went to the basketball courts. Mr. Natashi told them which court they are gonna play in. TK and Kari are in the same court, but Ken and Yolie are in another court. Kari ended up in TK�s team. And the game started. TK immediately got the ball. Kari saw that players from the other team surrounded him. Kari ran over and got TK�s attention. TK threw the ball over a player�s head. Kari got it and dribbled down the court. A guard blocked Kari from the goal. He was way taller than Kari. Suddenly TK appeared at her side. She passed the ball to TK. TK got ready for a three pointer shot. He threw the ball and�. It made it! Kari and TK high-five and then went back to their teammate. TK and Kari�s team won the game by 34 to 23. The bell was about to ring so the teacher called them in. Kari�s last period was math. She got dressed and waited for the bell with the others. When the bell rang she said bye to the boys and then Yolie and Kari walked together to Mr. Oikawa�s class. They took their seat as the teacher walked into the classroom and started teaching. After school, Yolie went home with Ken. Kari walked to the basketball courts and saw TK playing. She continued her walk and headed for the bleachers. She walked to the top of the bleachers and sat down. She remembers the times she had spent here. She had shared them with TK. Their brothers used to go here and sometimes went to school at night. Tai would take Kari and Yamato, or Matt, TK�s big brother, would take TK. Together they come up here and just stargaze. It�s too bad it�s not night right now. I would love to see the stars now. Kari was lost in her thoughts when TK suddenly appeared beside her.
