The first time I went to a Finnish Lutheran Church, the brothers and sisters I met were really nice. On the first day at church, we took pictures together (two group photo). One girl I met there, her name is Laura (who's standing on the far right in the group picture), she was willing to sit apart from the rest of the congregation to translate the sermon for me in English. God blesses us in so many ways! That day, church service was really awesome. The singspiration that day was in Finnish, and the Finnish praise songs are very soft and mellow. Pyha...Pyha..Pyha... Holy...Holy...Holy... Lord God Almighty.... God in 3 Persons, Blessed Trinity. As everybody was singing this hymn song in Finnish, I was able to sing it too in English. God's grace extends to all mankind, no matter what language you speak!!
Other friends I have met here are Grace(US Taiwan-ren), Vitaly (Russian boy!!), Benedict (Ms.German), and LenBen (i always thought she looked like Drew Barrymore). I had a really great time exploring the city with you guys, and trying out the Chinese-Finnish cuisine!!
