NASA site which discusses it's mst famous rovers including Sojourner, the rover that explored Mars in 1997 and FIDO, a prototype, which has huge, soft wheels that inflate making it easier to traverse rough terrain...an idea which inspired our rover design.

This site is an abstract from a space mission, which involved surface roving missions.

This site outlines the basic needs for building a simple robot. Base materials, motors, power systems, sensors and motors are discussed.

(This picture is an example of the circuit boards and wiring that we first used when powering the motor.)

Mechanical parts is the subject of this site. Salvaging parts of old appliances was also discussed.
