The Week (or so) in Review
Last weekend I had a fulfilling trip to Brandon. Marty, Todd and I took in some South Park on Friday evening while Saturday afternoon saw me Christmas shopping around Brandon.Saturday evening was a good old fashion drinking get together. It started off with Heise and I sucking back hi-balls at the Sportsline lounge. Heise proved lucky again, winning about $8 on the slot machines. Once Jenn was done work, she picked Heise and I up from daycare and we proceeded to her house. Good times were had, Bon Jovi was heard and about 12 people were crammed into Jenn's room. I estimate that, with a little ingenuity, 6 more people could fit in comfortably. The night ended like old times, Heise tapped out early and Coor's Light were left unopened in the box. I let him off the hook, as he is doing well at school.
Ashley was kind enough to give me a ride home, which made my evening, as the walk across Brandon was looking grim.
Hardcore Kids – Get Fuct
Reclaim the Streets (big biannual show), claimed two windows in my car. A comforter, one Scrabble game, and my shaving kit were looted in the mayhem. I.E. They punched out the back, driver-side window, and the rear hatch window, and stole my frickin' toothbrush. My stereo equiptment, unharmed. My nice winter jacket, unharmed. My mom's Scrabble game, gone. $200 deductable, gone.The Family is Getting Bigger
