Once the outer wing was scrapped it revealed the extent of work needed. It was virtually the same senario as the offside front. |

Left - The rot here was started when the car was new. The drill bit used to make a bolt hole had hit the inside of this piece of metal,starting a rot spot from day 1 |

Previous battery tray "repairs" had caused even more rot so the entire area had to be rebuilt before a new battery tray could be fitted. Once the welding was done the area was rustproofed. I don't want to be doing this again,ever!! |
