Dear Messrs. Bankole and Madu,

The $1,000 American (approx. 124,900 Nigerian khats) has been Western Unioned to Mr. RICHARD MADU at the WESTERN UNION OFFICE particularly specified in your previous email (I do not want to write it here as a man of my stature has many enemies --email could fall into the wrong hands and then where would we be?)

Here is the information:

Transaction NUMBER:  3141592653
NAME of TRANSACTOR:  Maurice G. Badaulaire
The CONFIRMATION FORM is well attached.

Secret decoder ring question:  What is my favorite color?
Answer:  White, of course.

Please contact me if this does not suffice.

I am still hoping my work schedule and grandmother's treatments will allow for my trip to Lagos next week.  I will keep you posted.  We will be able to firm up all the modalities of this transaction.  Please send my antiTERRORISM certificate as soon as possible.  As well as allowing me to carry on with this transaction with your goodself, it will serve as wonderful evidence for my upcoming legal matters.

Yours,

Lamb
BANKOLE's other personality --oops, I mean Rich MADU-- goes to Western Union.

(He sent the same letter twice -but added (urgent) to the header of the second one.  Thanks, Rich/Bankole.
Dear Bankole,

Well, I am very confused, old chap, as to what could have happened.  My Western Union Officer gave me best assurations that all was well OK with it.  I will call him and reconfirm that MR. RICH E. MADU is the recepient for the $1000.

In other news, how are you?
Thank you,
Laam
Do you find it even a bit suspicious that I spell my name three different ways?

I attached some garbage to this, too --a download from MONEYGRAM, a competitor of Western Union.  Bankole seems oblivious.
