| About our band: Gaelic Tide is an Ontario-based fiddling band that consists of Sarah M., Michelle G and Jenna G. Sarah and the two sisters met in 2002, and they quickly realized the passion they shared for playing the fiddle. One late summer's night, they sat out on Sarah's porch and began to lay the groundwork for their fiddling band. They originally called themselves Fiddler's Three, but changed their name to Gaelic Tide after it was discovered that the former was already taken. The girls have settled into their new name very comfortably, and are looking for ways to move Gaelic Tide further into the music scene. They now spend most of their free time jamming together...when they are together...which isn't nearly often enough. ;-) Check out the links in the frame for a few quick facts and a brief history on each of the girls. |
