Brown colour sweater (Winter) ADMISSION POLICY Mathematics English Science Urdu Mathematics English Physics Chemistry Biology Academic and examination policy for play group to class 8th ATTENDANCE POLICY Ontime and all time attendance is compulsory for all the students. Leave for absence is allowed only when applied for in written with cogent reasons andapplicationshould dulybe signed by the father/guardian with active contact number for the verification. No verbal or telephonic leave is allowed except in emergency. Shortleave is not allowed in any case. In case of sick leave for more than one day,father/ guardian of the student should personally attend the office along with prescription of a certified medical practitioner. In case of continuous absence for 6 or more days, the student will be strucked off. After being struked off,he/she will have to apply for re-admission and will be allowed admission after realizing all the dues admissible as per admission rules. FEE POLICY At the time of admission or promotion (April) monthly fee along with admission/promotion funds must be deposited in lump sum.  Allthe students will have to deposit their dues in advance latest by the 5th of each month. In case of arears/pendency, all the dues must be cleared at least one week before the commencement of examination otherwise the student will not be entitled to appear in the examination. Fee for Summer Vacations must be deposited in advance. In case of late Fee Rs 10/- Per day will be charged as fine. After three-months the name of a student (Who have not deposited his/her fee) will be struked off the school role. FEE CONCESSION One Seat will be reserved for Poor/ Orphans in every class. Decision will be made on merit in case of more than one candidate for a class/classes. Half concession in fee is allowed for more than two brothers or sisters (only for third and fourth etc, who ever in most junior class/classes) No fee concession would be admissible for absence period. The principal at his discretion can allow concession for education department employees only in admission/ promotion but other than examination funds.   >>Policies             Admission policy is based on merit. Except Play Group and Nursery all the students are admitted on the basis of entry test subject to the availability of space and seats in respective classes. For appearing in entry test registration must be made before the closing date. For admission in primary section minimum 50% while in middle and high sections 70% marks are required to be obtained in the entry test. Entry test will be based on the courses of previous class. Every year test is conducted in the 1st week of April and result is displayed on the notice board on next day. Subjects for the entry test for grades 1-7: Subjects for grade 8th -10th. A well -structured semester system. There will be two semesters of equal academic duration. At the end of each semester an examination will be conducted supported by monthly preparation tests.at the completion of academic year, results of both the examinations will be included in final report. All kind of achievement awards will be given on the basis of final compiled result card. There will be no free promotion or exemption from examination. In case of illness during the examination a student (grade 1-5 only) could be promoted to next semester/class only on the provision of solid medical proofs, subject to the availability of successful monthly tests record duly verified by the subject teacher and section head. The final results other than clerical mistakes will not be challengeable elsewhere.             >>WITHDRAWAL AT PARENTS REQUEST                 A written application form for withdrawing students from school must reach the office of the principal in advance, at least one week. SLC will be issued only after the clearance of all the dues/ arrears SLC from for withdrawal at the end of session must be submitted one week before the declaration of result. After promotion and enrolling to the next grade fee for the month of April will duly charged Copy of NIC of Parents/Guardians must be attached with the application for SLC. CONDUCT RULE  All the students will be treated equally They will be rewarded and encouraged for doing good things. However action will be taken against the students and liable to expel from the school if: PROCTORIAL BOARD  A proctorial board plays key role in maintaining discipline of the institution. It promotes co-ordination among students, teachers and administration. The Chief proctor comes from teaching staff. Senior School proctors are nominated from the Students on the bases of intelligent, commitment and character. They are nominated for one academic year. Likewise the class representative (CRs) are nominated for the same period. Regular meetings of the proctorial board are held to ensure the discipline and smooth functioning of institution.   >>CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES  The institution encourages students to take part in co curricular activities.  It concertates on recreation and providing means of stage performances during semester. Creative writing and debating is a part of intellectual activity, students also enjoy group leisure trip to tourist spots and hill stations of the country. Physical education plays an important role in the said development of the students. There due importance have been given to this in the annual scheme of studies. LIBRARY A well-equipped library is available for the students and teaching staff. A weekly period of library will be reserved for senior students. Due to the importance of computer literacy a lab is to be established to impart the basic knowledge. Science lab will be established for the students of Science. Students will be equipped with theoretical as well as practical knowledge as per their importance.
