| Little tiny scratches in the paint that had turned into surface rust had to be feathered down to the clean metal and then brought back up with finishing putty and good sanding. |

| The sides. What a bitch! I think that there were more than 1,000 little dents on the sides of the car. 90% of them were knocked out with sheatmetal hammers, the rest were smoothed with finishing putty. The pics are of the first stage. I actually went over this five times, between wet sanding and looking for imperfections in the panels. |
