The steering wheel.
Posibly the main reason I love fiats of this vintage.
It is stunning!  I restored it by painting the spokes flat Black with high quality paint, and then took a layer off the polyurethane coating of the wood, making it lighter to match the custom dash that I made.
The horn button was painted silver to match the rims of the intruments.  Basically I tryied for a central, Black/Silver/Oak color theme for the interior.
48,321 miles. I'm very grateful for that.  120 mph? Yeah right.
This is Tessa.  He is a poiser.  I made the dash myself useing the old metal dash as a template.  The wood is Oak, stained with Ipswitch Pine and Laquered.  The binacles are silver to match the horn button and the switches.  Again the Wood/black/silver theme.  I cleaned the insruments and had new glass cut by Heather's mother who is a stained glass artist.  Lots of time spent here and lots of attention to detail.
GREAT seat covers made by re-originals, but purchased at Bruce's Parts Bin.
The main parts of the interior restored. I replaced the chrome stripes on the doors, polished the metal, cleaned and treated the plastic and made matching panels to the dash for the passenger side and the center console.
