Mullo Farm September 2008

Alweer een paar weekjes terug in Ethiopie en we gaan even een weekend de stad uit om de regen te ontvluchten.  We logeren gezellig bij Toon en Siska op de Mullo Farm.  Hun kinderen Tivo en Meike zitten bij Saman en Yekuno in de klas op de Nederlandse school.  Het is heerlijk weer en alles ziet er prachtig groen uit aan het eind van het regenseizoen.  Zo mooi kan Ethiopie zijn! A couple of weeks after returning to the Netherlands we go out of town for a weekend to escape the rain.  We spend the night with our friends Toon and Siska at the Mullo Farm.  Their children Tivo and Meike are in the same classes as Saman and Yekuno in the Dutch school.  The weather is great and everything looks beautifully lush and green at the end of the rainy season.  Ethiopia can be lovely!

Met zijn viertjes in bad om mogelijke teken op te sporen. Fun in the bath tub, making sure there are no ticks! 20/08/08

De kinderen lekker aan het spelen met zijn vieren; een mooie gelegenheid voor Fred en Eline om een wandeling te maken naar de waterval.  Het hoge bloeiende gras was niet echt handig ivm hooikoorts, maarja.... The kids happily playing together so a good opportunity for Fred and Eline to hike to the waterfalls.  The high flowering grass was not really convenient bc/of hayfever, but well... 21/08/08
