Saman: 4 1/2 jaar/ years,  Yekuno: 2 1/2 jaar/ years

Yekuno begint een heel ander mannetje te worden, nu duidelijk dreumes-af en een echte peuter. Yekuno is rapidly becoming a different kid now, a real toddler boy. 11/04/07

De jongens vinden het erg leuk om af en toe ergens in te gaan zitten, zoals hier, heel dicht op elkaar, in speelgoedkratjes.  Inderdaad lag toen al het speelgoed door de kamer. The boys like to sit inside things, like here very closely together in the toy crates.  Indeed all toys were spread about the room. 14/04/07

Een kartonnen doos van de supermarkt is ook heel fijn, al barst Saman er bijna uit. A cardboard box from the supermarket is very nice too, though Saman almost bursts out of it. 21/04/07

Blijkbaar is het heel inspirerend als ik de rozen snoei, want er worden meteen scharen en tangen tevoorschijn gehaald.  Gelukkig kan ik de knipneigingen naar het gras richten. Apparently me cutting the roses is very inspiring, as right away scissors and tongs are brought out.  Luckily I can divert the enthusiastic clipping to the grass. 15/04/07

Yekuno begint belangstelling te krijgen voor zindelijk worden.  In tegenstelling tot Saman destijds, vindt Yekuno de po wel leuk en gebruikt het ding ook om mee door de gang te hoppen. Yekuno is getting interested in the potty and even likes to hop it around the corridor. 22/04/07

Saman is gek op zijn juf, Miss Affra, en vindt het leuk om net als zij, een hoofddoek om te doen.  Yekuno vindt een gebruik als dekentje praktischer. Saman adores his teacher, Miss Affra, and likes to wear a scarf just like she does. Yekuno thinks using it as blanket is more practical. 25/04/07
