Whalers
The Whalers made the most improvement this season as far as their roster is concerned. The core of the Whalers with Chris Lengyel, Chris Lee and Jodi Suski are back for another season, but the Whalers are a different looking team with the addition of 5 players from the now defunct Smokin' Braves. Mike Korchinski, Trevor Thurston and Cory Thompson have joined up with the Whalers, just to name a few, to make this years team the most improved before the season starts. The Whalers will most likley finish with more than the 29 points they had last season.
Last Years Record: 13 - 20 - 3 29pts 6th

Rocks
With a roster that already has two Schwartz brothers, Brad Burke and Shane Bentley, the Rocks have been a very successful team the past couple seasons. But with the addition of five skaters from the folded defending Champion Pelican Narrows North Stars, the Rocks are only going to be that much better. One key loss this season is the retiring of goaltender Jason Moran, but the team has filled that void with former Pelican goalie Darwin Morin.
Last Years Record: 19 - 15 - 2 40pts 5th

Flyers
The Flyers are starting the 2005-06 campaign with basicly the same roster that brought them to within two wins of the final last season. Gone is all-star goaltender Jeff Horner, but taking his place is former Smokie James Doak as well as forward/defenceman Jason Mucha has been added to the Flyer lineup that only had nine losses all last season. The Flyers will add some pressure in the fight for the top three spots in the standings.
Last Years Record: 23 - 9 - 1 47pts 3rd

Stones
The Stones look to make a big improvment upon their eight wins, seventeen point, performance in their first season of Flin Flon/Creighton Rec League play. They made a big splash in the free agent market this past off season signing former Flin Flon Bombers Ryan Boak and Derek Pruden, who later decided to leave for school, and aquiring Tanner Brough and Mike Jones from the Oil. Them along with solid goaltending and a few more free agents make the Stones jump out the FFCRHL cellar.
Last Years Record: 8 - 28 - 1 17pts 8th

Whoopers
The Whoopers have by far the one of the best teams on paper, but paper dosn't win your games. Having had two seasons of 12 wins, the Whoop boast a high scoring offence lead by Ryan Bortis and Kris Strom. They will feel a big loss in Shawn Goodman leaving but Chris Green will play in his first full season in the FFCRHL and will be looked to put the puck in the net. The Whoop maybe able to score 9 goals a game, but with questionable goaltending and poor play in their own zone, when you let in 10, you still loose.
Last Years Record: 12 - 20 - 5 29pts 7th

Oil
The Oil felt a big blow in the off season by loosing guns Tanner Brough and Mike Jones to Stones. The Oil do have the dynamite combo of the Dominey bros., including a third brother joining the fold, and a good cast of vets with Jeff Bone, Trevor Thurston and Jason Mandes. But with the team in the middle of a "Youth Movement", the Oil face a tough, up-hill, battle this season.
Last Years Record: 19 - 15 - 5 41pts 4th
7
Midgets
The league dosn't know what to expect from the team out of the Midget league. But with Greg Phair at the helm again this season, the Midget Bombers will ice another tough team to compete in the FFCRHL.
Last Years Record: 4 - 27 - 4 12pts 9th
