Yelnats, Inc. (YSI) owns, operates and manages several casinos, resort hotels, residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing companies, sports franchises, golf courses, two software development companies, a telecommunication firm, countless strip clubs, bars and restaurants, a music and movie production company, a hot dog stand and automobile dealerships.
The privately held company, headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida is headed by Jeff Stanley, who founded Yelnats, Inc. in 2001.
Among the company's principal sports interests is its operation of three Keene Fantasy Sports (KFS) fantasy sports teams. These teams are Area League Football member Palm Beach Colossal Squid, ABA member Cheshire 'Squatch, and NECBL member New Haven Traffic Cones.
An original member of KFS, Yelnats, Inc. has built a reputation as an innovator within the league. In 2001, Yelnats, Inc. was the first to launch websites specific to its teams. In 2002, the company became the first to offer team merchandise, and in 2003 the company introduced cheerleaders and sports bars into the KFS mix.
