Location: You can draw Pandemona from Fujin during the Raijin and Fujin boss fight in Balamb.
Useful Abilities: Pandemona can give you super human speed with Spd-K, Spd+20/40%, and Initiative. With these, you can finish a battle before an enemy even attacks. If you wanna devote enough space, you can use Str-J Str+20/40% to make a speedy powerhouse character.
