The Helm or Celtic weave consists of a segment made from 5 larger rings and 4 smaller rings,
where one large ring is sandwiched between the 4 other large rings with the small rings holding
everything in place.

Helm, also known as Celtic weave, ring made with alluminum wire. I have an incomplete piece of Helm mail.  I haven't quite decided what to make it into yet.
