Note: All of this is taking place in 1972 (see title), even though there is music from current day time, which I'll explain later in the story. Everyone except the judges are still students around 12-14 or 15. On with the story!!!!! *fades in with catchy music* Gilderoy: Hello, everyone! I'm Gilderoy Lockhart! Ludo: And I'm Ludo Bagman! Welcome to the first annual Hogwarts Idol! Crowd: Yay!!!!! Gilderoy: Let's bring out the contestants!!!!! Ludo: James Potter!!!!! Crowd: Yay!!!!! Gilderoy: Sirius Black!!!!! Crowd: Yay!!!!! Ludo: Remus Lupin!!!!! Crowd: Yay!!!!! Gilderoy: Peter Pettigrew!!!!! Crowd: Yay!!!!! Er...Boo!!!!! Er... Ludo: Severus Snape!!!!! Crowd: Boo!!!!! Gilderoy: Lily Evans!!!!! Crowd: Yay!!!!! Ludo: Lucius Malfoy!!!!! Crowd: Boo!!!!! Lucius: *evil stare* Crowd: Er...Yay!!!!! Gilderoy: Okay, so, who's next? Ludo: These are the only kids that signed up. Gilderoy: Oh... Ludo: Okay, then! We will now bring our judges out!!!!! Please welcome, Albus Dumbledore, Headmaster!!!!! (A/N: We'll just say he just got into office.) Crowd: Yay!!!!! Ludo: Minerva McGonagall, Transfiguration professor and Head of Griffindor House!!!!! Crowd: Yay!!!!! Ludo: And finally!!!!!...Eliza Muller, Potions professor and Head of Slytherin House... Slytherin Crowd: Yay!!!!! Snape has a chance!!!!! Muller: *evil stare* Slytherin Crowd: Or not... Gilderoy: All righty!!!!! Now, for our final cast member, welcome Sibyll Trelawney, our resident Seer!!!!! Crowd: *silence, crickets chirping* Gilderoy: Sibyll will be here with us for the remainder of the show helping us with music. Not just any music, however. Music from our present, past, and future! How this system works is Sibyll will assign certain songs to our cast, depending on our theme. Our next one will be- Sibyll: I See...I See...Oh my...There are...Giant clay figures, and...and...Radioactive beings...in glasses...Oh my... Ludo: Get this weirdo off our set! Security Guards: Yes, sir! [drag Sibyll off] Gilderoy: Ok then!
