FERRETS IN KILLEEN
WARNING: FERRETS AHEAD!
Welcome to our little hammock on the internet.
May 2005 - UPDATE!
Sadly, we had to give up our ferrets recently, we were unable to care for them and found them a GREAT home locally! We are going to leave this site up as an informative guide to those who need information about these beautiful creatures!
We were a family of five strong: Whitey, Sheba, Buttercup, Smokey and Rascal.
Oh, yes- and we had two humans also: Pete and Ila.
We all lived in Killeen, Texas (if you can't find it on a map- don't worry (most people can't).
This is Whitey...we got him around November, 1999.
He seemed lonely, so we ran down to the mall and bought him a sister, Sheba:
Now, you would think that two ferrets are plenty...some would even say that two ferrets are enough.... but not for us!
We got Buttercup from a local rescue-shelter:
And our two newest additions:
Smokey:
and Rascal:
Along the way we lost some very loveable family members:
Rocky (Lost to an accident Jun 2003)
and Snoopy (Lost to Cancer Dec 2002)
Although you may have peace in woodstock...in ferretstock, there is always WAR!
