| This picture of an old durian tree was taken in Malaysia. I don't know how old it is. I took this to try out the stitch feature in the Canon Powershot G3 digital camera. In Stitch mode, I took picture of this tree in sections of 3 different shots. After the pictures were taken, I loaded the pictures into the computer and used the software bundled with the camera and joined (stitched) them together. This picture was stitched from 3 vertical shots. Can't you detect the joint? I bet you don't. Pretty cool features. Nice for some paranomic shots. |
