1. Pay closer attention to your health.
Have you think of the fact that
most rich people haven't think of, is that even how
successful you are in your career, it will just be in
vain if you are not healthy and get sick?
A poor man or woman who is healthy
is wiser than a rich man or woman who does not
pay close attention to his health, especially to what
he or she eats.
A true saying goes, We are practically
what we eat.
Do yourself a big favor right now
and start to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Oh, fruits should be fresh.
Vegetables should be raw. Don't
cook them.
It would be better if you use a
blender and juice them.
An example of good vegetable juice
is cabbage.
It is good for those who have ulcers,
because cabbage has Vitamin U, which helps heal ulcers.
Another is carrot, which is rich
in Beta-Carotene which has lots of benefits for our
body.
There are many more vegetables
that are available for you, and they will make you healthy.
So eat them.
Broccoli, Papaya, Tomatoes, Squash,
Pipino,.. go figure.
I would also like to add:
Buy those fruits which have sign
of insect bites.
No, I'm serious, and I'm not kidding.
You may ask, "why would I
buy them?"
Good question.
When a vegetable or fruit has a
sign of insect bites, it means that they are not sprayed
by pesticide.
Pesticide is a poison. We must
not eat fruits and vegetables that have pesticide.
So, next time you see a vegetable
or fruit which has no sign of insect bites, don't buy
it.
It means it has pesticide which
is a poison.
Buy fruits and vegetables which
have insect bites. It will NOT harm you.
I repeat, insect bites on leaves
of plants will NOT harm you.
At all.
2. Clean your house
Before you go out and hang out with your friends
or other activities, clean your house first.
You figure out what this benefits you.
Do it.
3. Avoid Junk Foods
What they so called foods, which are not really
foods but poison, for sale in supermarkets and groceries
are bad for you.
Don't buy them nor eat them.
Plan for yourself right now, and do yourself a favor:
Don't eat junk foods. Period.
4. Clean your heart
Hatred will just cause you a lot of pain inside,
not only physically, emotionally, but also spiritually.
Make sure your heart is void of hatred or such things
which make you feel uncontented.
OK, so do yourself a favor now and forgive those
whom you hate.
5. Plan for your future after you die
If you are one of those people who do not believe
in life after death, think again.
I mean, think.
Ask your conscience, or ask your mind, it will give
you the honest answer that there IS life after death.
How do you plan?
Read the Bible.
It will set ALL of your steps on the right track.
6. Help other people
A very good way to overcome depression is to help
those who are sick and poor.
Just do it and feel happy for the most of your
life.
Another good way is to contribute what you think
will help other people by adding your advices and tips
here on this website.
