The menu are in Manado / Indonesian / English languange. All menu are for two adults with a normal eating capacity.

TINUTUAN / BUBUR MANADO / MANADO PORRIDGE
 

Best served for : Breakfast
Materials : 200 gr leavy vegie, 200 gr spinach, 200 gr pumpkin, 3 pcs corn, 25 gr rice, 20 leaves basil, 2 small slices citronella, salt, 2 lt water, salty or fried fish
Note : It is nice to eat with hot chilli
Prepare the fish beforehand. Boil water, then put rice together with corn and citronella. Keep until the porridge comes out and put pumpkin. If the pumpkin has been well cooked, put leavy vegie, spinach, basil, and salt, wait until the they are mixed and well done.

Best served for : Lunch or dinner (for the first few trials, pls don't do it for breakfast unless there is nothing else to eat !)
Materials : 1 kg chicken (of any parts), 5 pcs red/brown onion, 3 pcs tomato, 10 pcs chilly (may be varied depend on your endurance), 1 pc lemon, salt, sugar, 4 spoons vegetable oil
Note : Can be replaced with fish
Cover chicken with salt and lemon for about 15-30 minutes. Put onion into the hot oil, and wait until they turn to yellow. Then put tomato together with the sliced chilly. After it is well done, put chicken. Add a bit salt and sugar. Wait until the chicken cooked well.
