Here is the Design specifications and details I like to work with here. I am not trying to get huge corporate clients. What I am looking for, in the way of site design, as of right now, is the litter stuff. Doing designs and layouts for the average day user of the net. Not some fancy corporation, right now.

What I am aiming at is good priced design, but with very little frills, but still looks nice. I deal strickly with HTML, and I am learning a limited amount of CSS. I am not ready for Java or Javascript, and I want training in Server-Side applications, PERL, and CGI before I even venture into that area.

Basically, what I would like to do, is do designs for Geocities, Angelfire, and other free Web Hosters, and get some quality work done on those pages.

But some do not want an account. Well, I can do hosting at yourname.world-of-fenris.com if need be, but I would prefer not to. Only if I feel extremely proud of the design, I would insist. I am not saying that I will turn out crappy work, but I also try not to stick with the same design, over and over again. I try to experiment with what is availible though HTML.

As for pricing, well, that is a personal matter that should be discussed, not have some flimsy table here to break down prices. It all depends on what you want done.
