| After Ottavalo I retreated back to Quito where I caught a flight to Miami. and after a night there back home. For all the wonderful experiences and people I met in Ecuador and especially the Galapagos Islands I feel like I left a magical place behind and am remiss with a sense of bereavment as if the world had dimmed when I passed beyond its borders. I miss it dearly! |
