Villages provide students the opportunity to develop relationships with students and adults outside of their immediate classroom, including uses such as: --> Crossovers for parent conferences, so the student's teacher can be with the parent, while the rest of the class is with a village class, still participating in learning activities. --> Mixed abilities for school or community projects --> Focused groups for business/ career partnerships --> Focused teams (see below) |
