Upcoming Dates...
April 25-28th Indian Day Work Nights. If you are having a hard time finding some of the costume parts, come to Indian Day Work Night. Also, the girls' headdresses are optional.
April 29, 2005 Indian Day: Each student donates 24 rice krispie treats.
April 30/May1, May 7: FUNDRAISING: Arts, Craft & Bake Sales
Saturdays: 1pm-3pm at Tribal Building (Arts and Crafts)
Sundays: 11am - 1pm (Arts, Crafts, Baked Goods)
May 11-12 PLAY WORK NIGHTS 6:30pm-8pm. Work on play sets. Bring some snacks to share!
2. We are working on...
a. Indian Day. Edward Lewis is our singer for our pieces.
b. Career Stuff. We finished our field visits, and will be working on our poster display for the community. Check the cafeteria on Thursday, April 28th!
c. Plays. We finished blocking each play. Students need to continue memorizing their lines, and finding their costumes.

-- to Healthy Lifestyles, WIC, Pool Staff, Tribal Council, Forestry Department, Telecommunications, and EMS departments for letting us visit their worksites.
-- Mr. Keene, Roberta, Lulita, Mr. No, Sister Clara, Cordelia, AY, Carmela and Ms. Ana for allowing students to shadow them.
4. Upcoming Field Trips
--May 10th to El Morro with Pre-School ... 8:30am -3pm
--May 17th to Zuni Springs for hiking, storytelling, compare-contrast of Springs to El Morro ... 8:30am-3pm (pending approval)
1. Reading... Read at least 15 mins. 4 times & record on Reading Log.
2. Math... Wksheets attached
3. Penmanship... Wksheets attached
4. Assignments not completed in class (so you don't have to stay for HW club!!)
