I used the regular marshmallow recipe, and used only HALF the geletin. I let it cool, then beat it with the mixer, cool/set some more, beat it again, then repeated a 3rd time. It made a lot more than we needed. Unless your family will eat it pretty quickly, you may want to do only a half batch.
