ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
A general meeting of all members of the association is held yearly. This meeting is convened by the national exco at a suitable venue. It is a meeting of highest priority to all members because it serves as an avenue for:-
Fellowship with one another;
Presenting the reports of the activities of the association by all coordinators and overseers;
Making plans for the year ahead;
And to foster unity through interaction and integration.
ELECTIONS
Elections into the national exco by nomination and voting shall hold at the AGM every two years.
The date and venue of the next AGM will be announced as soon as possible.
