*** Last Night of 'Guilty' Tour ***
At long last, the tour was finally coming to an end. I was looking to get my hands on Duncan after so many weeks apart from him, I badly missed him. The concert was in Manchester, so Katy and I flew up to Manchester. Sarz could not come as she was on tour with Westlife. We agreed to have a night out when she comes back from Hong Kong! Katy and I arrived at the hotel, the boys were at the venue rehearsing for tonight's concert. So we were waiting for them in the bar, we had a little much to drink by the time the boys came back!! Duncan laughed when he saw me a bit tipsy!! He brought me back to our room I was sharing with him while in Manchester. "I missed you; my head was going crazy without you with me. I love you so much" kissing me with passion. Things was hotting up after that kiss, which we woke up in each other's arms when Lee burst into our room. "F*** sorry. I leave ye alone." "Lee, it's alright. We just woke up. What's up?" "Johnny wants us ready in half hour." "What? Is it the time already?" while Duncan was getting out of the bed naked. "Yeah, it is but ye were too busy to notice the time" laughing! "Oi, what are you laughing at?" I said to him. "Nothing at all" winking at me. "Right, I think it be a good idea for you to leave as I want to get ready" "Oh yeah, sorry. See you two soon in reception." I went to grab a quick shower and got quickly dressed after that. The two of us were ready and went down to reception to join the others. We headed off to the venue, having a lively chatter among others on the tour bus.
The concert went underway eventually, until they sang one last song with the girlfriends joining the boys singing 'No Goodbyes'. I enjoyed the concert so much. We got the fans to join in the singing and before we knew it, the tour was finished. We went to a club for their end of tour party, where we danced and drank until the early hours of the morning. There was plenty of dirty dancing between Dunk and me on the dancefloor; we couldn't keep our hands off each other since the concert finished. We weren't the only couple that was doing it; Katy and Lee were certainly enjoying themselves.
Over the last couple of months, Duncan was busy with the band with their tour! I had gone to some of the concerts whenever I had a chance. I was busy as ever at work, and doing my Christmas shopping. The best concerts of the 'Guilty' Tour were the first night of the tour and Dublin concert as it was my home country! I still think about Wembly where I said 'I love you' to Duncan on stage in front of the fans! The best highlight of the tour for me was the concert in Dublin which was my home country. Katy and Sarz came over too, so we had lots of fun drinking all night long at Lillie's Bordellos nightclub. We left the club blind drunk, unfortunately the pictures of us was plastered in the papers the next day. It was so funny looking at the pictures of us; we all had a good laugh over it at breakfast. I already knew that I would be in the spotlight especially he is one of England's sexiest males I was going out with. I had a bit of a hard time from the papers making out that I was using Duncan for money and fame, and Katy too went through the same thing. I felt hurt and humiliated by the papers but I got through it with Duncan's help. We weren't going to let them destroy our relationship, after all I had going out with him for 3 months now and we are head over heels in love so much. The fans had accepted our relationship and Katy and Lee's relationship too. We went all back to London that day while the boys continued with the tour.
Chapter 23
I woke up the following morning with an awful sore head and was aching all over after the party. I was relived that we were staying in Manchester for another night, there was no way of me getting out of the bed with a terrible hangover, and Duncan was still asleep. So I went back to sleep and didn't wake up until half eleven. I got myself out of the bed and went to the bathroom to have a long relaxing bath; Duncan must have gone downstairs with the others. I wasn't in the bath long when Duncan came in. "Catherine, where are you?" "I'm in the bathroom" "Thank God, you are okay. I was worried that you hadn't answered my text messages" Duncan said coming into the bathroom. "Keep your voice down a small bit. My head is still pounding." Duncan laughed, giving me a kiss on my forehead "Aw, you poor thing" "It's not funny; I shouldn't have drunk so much last night. What about you? You were the same." "Oh yeah, I was terrible when I woke up but I wasn't too bad after a while. Have you been awake long?" "No, woke up about ten minutes ago. I wouldn't be good travelling back to London at least we are staying here tonight." "I'm just glad you are with me, anyway I'm taking you out for dinner tonight" "Aw, lovely. I'm not touching alcohol though. So, what will we do for the afternoon?" "Are you up for some serious shopping?" "Yeah, why not? What's stopping us?" "Nothing at all, babe" "Okay, give me a few minutes to get ready and we go then. Is that all right?" "Sure, take your time. We have all afternoon" "You really are a patient guy, I love you" giving a light punch to his arm. "I love you too" hugging me so hard that I could hardly breathe. *laughs* I was ready a few minutes later, and headed off to the city centre shopping. Duncan had kinda disguised himself but not much, besides I didn't mind if the fans were stopping us in the streets. Though, Duncan was a little put off as he just wanted us to be uninterrupted doing our Christmas shopping. We got bits and bobs for our families and friends. So we went to a caf� for a spot of lunch as we were hungry. Half hour later, we got started on shopping when we walked past a jewellery shop. All of a sudden, Duncan pulled me back and dragged me into the shop. I hissed at him, "Babe, what did you bring me in here for?" "I wanted to buy you an early x-mas present." I protested to him that he didn't need to buy me jewellery but he insisted. There was no way of stopping him, so I gave in at the end. He got me a beautiful 9ct white gold blue topaz diamond set ring which cost him a fortune. It was so generous of Duncan, while we were there; he got his mom a gold locket which is even beautiful. Even though Christmas is not the same for Dunk and Fiona since his grandparents died. When Duncan told me about his grandparents and how special they were in his life, I actually cried my eyes out! After leaving the shop, I gave him a bear hug, thanking him for the ring and that he shouldn't have done. "God, I want to drag you back to the hotel to taste you" "Oh dear, who's talking dirty?" laughing. "Come on; let's get a taxi back to the hotel." We walked into the hotel and passed the bar where the others were. Unfortunately Lee had seen us, he called us "Oi, what are ye two in a hurry for?" I said back to him, "Mind your own business." We got to our room, and Duncan well got what he wanted. *rolls eyes*
Some time later, I asked Duncan what time was our table booked for? He said it was booked for 8 o'clock. I looked at my watch, so I had about 2 hours to get ready. I texted Katy to ask her to help me with the makeup and hair, she agreed to help me out!! Duncan went off to meet the boys downstairs in the bar, while I went to Katy's room to get ready. I was ready when Duncan came into the room with Lee; he looked absolutely gorgeous wearing a black suit and a white shirt with three buttons unopened which showed off a bit of his chest! "My God, Duncan, you look dashing tonight." "But you look even beautiful than ever, Catherine" I was wearing a strapless black lace dress with silver sandals" "Aw, you are even wearing the ring I got you. Right, are you ready to go?" "Yes, my prince in shining armour" smiling at him. We walked downstairs with Lee and Katy following us behind, there was a limo waiting for us outside the hotel. I looked behind me and seen the gang watching us getting into the limo but before we left, Lee said "You two better make the most of it while you have the limo tonight." We all burst laughing.
While on our way to the restaurant, Duncan poured out two glasses of champagne, I took a few sips of it but it sent my head haywire! *laughs* Anyway, I made a vow not to touch alcohol tonight, especially after last night! *laughs* We got out of the limo hand in hand, and entered the restaurant. The restaurant was 'posh' but had a lovely romantic feeling, we were shown to our table and we ordered our food. The meal was scrumptious especially the dessert! We had strawberries and cream, so we were giving each other strawberries. We were in stitches every time we did that. I had the most amazing time with Duncan, we talked a lot. While Duncan and I were out, Lee and Katy went out bowling with the rest of the gang. Lee and Katy were winning in the bowling, those two were made for as long Lee stays true to himself. *smiles* Anyway, back to Duncan and me, we left the restaurant. Duncan had told the limo driver to come back for us in half hour as we were going taking a walk along the street. Duncan wrapped his arms around me; people recognised us but didn't interrupt us which were fine by us as we were enjoying each other's company. We sat down on a bench looking up at the stars in the sky. Duncan was whispering sweet nothings in my ear, which made me smile so much. We got back to the limo and headed off back to the hotel. The others weren't back from bowling yet, so we went to the bar and sat down, resting my head on Duncan's shoulder. I thanked Duncan for a WICKED night. He said, "And thank you too for a great time, I love you." "Aw, I guess I'm lucky to have met a great guy." "Cat, that means a lot to me." A few minutes later, the gang were back. We talked all night long about our day until it was time to go and get some sleep as we were all heading back to London tomorrow. I kissed Duncan goodnight and cuddled up against him. I fell asleep with a smile on my face.
