Chapter 99
He gives me a kiss on my nose. "I love you!"
"I love you too!" I smile and take his hand. He opens the door and we walk towards the stage. Lee, Ant and Sy start to smile broadly when they see us. I can't see Patty and Tia, but they must be looking the same!
The sound of excited whispering fills the air. We get on the stage and Dunk immediately takes the microphone.
"May I introduce to you� my girlfriend and the mother of our twins: Iris!" he calls out. He's beaming with pride, and so am I! The guys start shouting and whistling.
Lee gives me a big hug and a kiss. "I knew it! I'm so happy!" he smiles.
I see a tear in his eye, but before I can say anything, Sy pulls me into a bear hug.
"It's about time you two got back together!" he winks. I turn around when I hear a different noise coming from the crowd. Patty and Tia are coming on the stage! They run at me and we have a group hug.
"I thought you weren't gonna make it before the delivery," Patty grins.
"Oi! Shut up you!" Tia calls out at her.
"Nah, I had plenty time left. I'm only at twenty-three weeks!" I grin back at Patty.
"I keep forgetting that, because you're so huge!" she says, bouncing up and down.
"And thank you Patty!" I burst out laughing. They bounce away to Dunk and Ant takes my hands.
"Hey girlie! Now you can stop worrying and let Duncan take good care of you!" he smiles.
"I will," I smile back touched. He gives me a kiss and whispers in my ear: "Take your man home now. He's been waiting for you for so many months!"
I feel Dunk's hand wrap around mine and turn around at him. He gives me a beautiful smile. I stroke his cheek lovingly and he bends over to me for a French kiss.
"Can we go home now?" I ask when his hands send a shiver through my body.
"Are you�?" he smiles naughty.
"Oh yes I am!"
"We got to leave!" he says to the others.
"Oh. Why?" Patty asks innocent.
"I just wanna go home, sit on the couch and have a nice cup of tea!" I reply, looking as innocent as she does. Everybody bursts out laughing.
"Don't you dare to step by in the next twenty-four hours!" Dunk warns Lee.
"Okay, I'll just call," Lee laughs.
"I won't answer the phone," Dunk answers quickly.
"Oh but Iris will!"
I poke out my tongue at him and than Dunk leads me outside. We get his stuff and go to his car.
"I love you!" he says before he starts the engine.
"I� love� you� too!" I say between his kisses. "Now get me home!"
"You're h*rny!" he says in my ear, stroking my leg higher and higher.
"You bet I am!"
At home
As soon as we've take off our coats and shoes, he takes my hand and leads me upstairs to the bedroom. He's walking slowly, but without doubting. He closes the bedroom door behind us and lets go of my hand. We both sit down on the middle of the bed, not taking our eyes off eachother. I raise one hand to unbutton his shirt and slowly let it slide down his shoulders. He carefully takes the clip out of my hair and lets it fall freely on my shoulders. I place my hand on his chest where I can feel his heart beating fast. He puts his hand on my cheek and bends over to kiss me. Hungry for his love I answer his kiss.
Within a few seconds he takes off my clothes as if it was yesterday that he last did that. I take off his clothes with the same ease. It DOES feel like we last did it yesterday. It all feels so safe, so secure.
He lies me down, carefully avoiding putting his weight on my belly. We lovingly caress eachother's body, looking at it as if it were the last time we get to see it. His lips on my skin feel even better than it did in my memories and my wildest dreams.
"I missed you. I missed you so badly," I softly moan in his ear. He gives me a look that says: "I know babe, I know. I missed you just as much, or maybe even more!"
Our kisses and touches get faster, more passionate until we finally make our bodies melt together.
