Two HOT hours later
We're on the plane to the Netherlands. I'm sooo excited! Maryan can't stop talking about Di-rect, Lee's smiling and day dreaming all the time, and Dunk has a huge grin on his face.
"I don't know what you've done to him in the bedroom that he's grinning so badly, but I'm sure he will give you a surprise more often," Lee laughs at me.
"Oh yeah," Dunk says with a naughty smile. He grabs me and puts his arms around my waist.
"So you d�d like it?" I ask with an innocent look.
"Yeah! You were� No, I'm not gonna say it with them around," he grins at Lee and Maryan.
"Yuk, I don't wanna know it," Maryan pulls a dirty face.
Now Lee grabs me. "What will you do to me if � have a surprise for you?" he grins.
"Oi, get off me," I call out. "Grab one of those air hostesses if you really need to grab a girl," I grin. Lee gives me an angry look. I raise my eyebrows surprised. Whatever�
I stand up and go to the toilets. When I want to close the door of the toilet behind me, someone quickly comes in.
"What�" I start. "Oh, it's you," I say when I see it's Lee.
"Can I talk to you please?" he asks softly.
"Sure." He gives a deep sigh.
"Oh, come on Lee. What's wrong with you? One moment you're sad, than you're happy, suddenly you're angry. You behave like a teenager in love."
He looks at me immediately.
"Is that it? Are you in love?" I ask softly.
"I think so," he sighs. "But it's so stupid. I hardly know her."
"Is it�?" I ask.
"Yes, it's her. Do you think� Does she�"
"I don't know what she thinks of you. I know that she likes you. But I don't know what else she thinks of you. She didn't want to tell me because you're one of my best friends. Which I can understand," I say.
"I hoped you could tell me what she thinks of me," he says a bit disappointed.
"Oh come on. All girls like you. Since when do you need me to get a girl? You're a man, you can do it on your own," I grin.
"But it's not enough if she likes me. What if�"
"Haha. What if she turns you down? I'm sorry Lee, but that has to happen to everybody once," I grin.
"It's not funny," he says offended.
"I'm sorry," I grin. "Hey, whatever happens, you can always talk to me," I smile at him.
"Thanks," he smiles and gives me a big hug.
"Now get out of here," I say and point at the door. He looks at me, kind of silly. "I gotta take a piss," I grin. "This is a toilet, you know."
At the airport, a little later
"Nicky!" I shout out and run at her.
"Iris!" she yells back.
"I'm so thrilled to see you."
"I can't believe it."
"How are you doing?"
"How was your flight?"
"Oh my God, I can't believe you're really here."
"Yeah, I can't believe it either."
"I'm so excited."
"Yeah I know."
We yell at eachother, hugging, dancing around. Everybody's looking at us.
"I don't know them," Dunk laughs, pointing at us.
"Uh-uh, me neither," Lee grins.
"He he. Where are my manners? Let me introduce you to them," I laugh.
"Yeah, where are your manners. Oh, right, you never had good manners," Lee jokes.
"As if you don't know yet who they are," I go on, talking to Nicky, ignoring Lee. "This handsome man is Duncan," I grin.
They hug and Dunk gives Nicky a kiss on her cheek. "Nice to finally meet you," he smiles.
"Nice to meet you too. I've heard so much about you," she grins.
"Same here."
"And this is my friend Maryan, Lee's sister," I introduce Nicky to Maryan.
They also hug. "Nice to meet someone who's also crazy about Di-rect," she laughs.
"Yeah, same for me," Nicky laughs back.
"And that boy came with us, but I'm not sure who he is," I grin at Nicky and point at Lee.
"Hey!" Lee calls out and punches me.
"Oh, I remember him, it's Lee," I grin. Nicky gives him a big smile, he grins back. They hug and give eachother a kiss on the cheek. Nicky hugs him a bit longer than usual.
"What time's Beatrice coming?" she asks.
"In 30 minutes," Lee answers immediately.
"Let's get your luggage," Dunk says.
I give Nicky an arm and Maryan takes her other arm. We walk behind the guys, chatting very excited. We have so much to tell eachother!
"Do you fancy Lee?" Maryan asks Nicky out of the blue. Nicky starts to blush.
"Did I hear my name?" Lee turns around and asks us.
"Mind your own business," I frown at him.
"But girls �re my business," he grins.
"Girls? We're women," Nicky says with a blank face. I softly squeeze her hand and wink at her.
"Women are also my business," Lee grins.
"Oh yeah? Let's see if you can handle four women," I laugh and give Lee an arm, Nicky takes his other arm.
"Four?" Lee asks surprised.
"Yup. Beatrice, Nicky, Maryan and me," I nod.
"Maryan's not a woman," Lee laughs.
"Hey!" Maryan calls out and pulls Lee's ear very hard.
"Ouch," he calls out and tries to punch her back, but Nicky and I are holding his arms tightly.
"And Iris is not your business, she's my woman," Dunk grins and puts his arm around my waist.
"So that leaves only two women for me," Lee grins.
"You're sure you can handle them?" I grin and wink at Lee. Lee quickly shuts his mouth.
"Of course he can. He's Lee the irresistible," Maryan teases him. Nicky whispers something in his ear and Lee gets a very big smile on his face. We spend the rest of the time waiting for Beatrice chatting and having fun. Nicky's flirting with Lee all the time, he seems to like it.
