The final single of the "Polythene" album, with a twist. Here we hear a re-recorded version of the one heard on the album, this time with slighly heavier guitars in the mix, and Jon Lee joining in on drums, alongside slightly modifed lyrics and altogether a better version of the song, making the album one sound incomplete. "Eclipse" is a laid-back tune, with neat vocals and impressive guitar work make this a quality b-side. "Cockroach" is an amazing heavy rocking tune with crazy lyrics about "The operator", with Grant shouting "Cockroach!" loads of times near the end, whilst going on about Tequila for his head!. The acoustic "Dry" is very well constucted with it sounding very remiscent to the version that soon appeared on "Yesterday Went Too Soon". "Spill" is a top neakbreak speed rocker, which goes straight into the heaviness right at the start. Even though this was released as a "record company comprimise", it's a neat single set.

"Day In Day Out" is an excellent track which employs the use of tannoy-style vocals and then proper vocals in the style of being slightly heavy. It's a sort of experimental track, and very different at the time for a Feeder single release. "Can't Dance To Disco" is a top tune, with a mosh-pit frenzy feeling about it. It was part of their encore during the 2001 Echo Park tour, in which it was played before "High". "Honeyfuzz" is yet another unusual song, but goes back to the idea of using the heavy trademark riffs, a pretty entertaining and fun tune. "I Need A Buzz" started out being played live, and got an excellent reception. It was therefore added on as a b-side and is a top adrenalin-rush of a song. "Don't Bring Me Down" sees Feeder go all acoustic, in a song which isn't so exciting at first but gets better with each listen. It was originally part of the demo Feeder sent to Echo in 1994 upon getting signed, but the version you hear here is a new one.

This track gave Feeder their first TOTP perfromance, and is a top track. It goes at a loud catchy rythm, and boasts the Feeder trademark sound from start to finish. "Space Age Hero" is a pretty nifty tune which gets better with each listen, while "Living In Polaroid" is an excellent track that wouldn't sound out of place on the "Yesterday Went Too Soon" album. "Divebomb" runs for about 1:30, and could have been longer. It's a good tune don't get me wrong, but could have been better. I like the sound to it, and the neat drum fills Jon adds to it as well. "Fly" is a slow-paced track which is one of those that gets better with each listen, all in all a pretty decent track. While the live versions of "High" and "Cement" are brilliant live renditions of these fans faves!.
