This was done with layers and blend modes. I think its cool how it blurs out the background and just focuses on that cute guy. (my kinda graphic!)
I like this blurred background effect so I tried it on one of my favorite picture of my kids when they were lttle. The picture had been saved and edited so many times that it was hard to see the pixel edges. I worked on this image for hours and still couldnt get the edges to smooth out. :( But its still cute..they look like they are floating in mid-air.
I had told them to smile BIG for the picture, so they were straining to smile really BIG! lol :)
