“Cooking is at once child's play and adult joy. And cooking done with care is an act of love.”

Welcome to my Life
Full of Spices!!!
A family that eats together, stays together! Thats what my grand parents always tells us when we were still young.
I'm an out going person who loves food. I make it a point to eat once in while to new restaurants to try their food
if it will pass my discriminating taste. From high end restaurants to the turo-turo of Dumaguete City.
Not just eating but I love cooking as well. But I wasnt like this when I was young.
I remember before that all I do was play and go out. When I reached 17 and need to choose what career to take, I was confused.
So
I took so many bachelors degree to the point I got tired and didnt finished any of them.
When I stopped going to school, I got nothing to do at home. My past time was to experimeent food from my moms recipe books..
My mom wasnt the best cook but she make it a point to serve food on the table with love.
When I decided to go back to school, I wanted to take culinary but my dad couldnt afford the tuition fee since my sister
is in Manila taking up medicine. Then a friend of my mom heard that Hotel and Restaurant Management in COSCA not only offers subjects about how
to manage a hotel and restaurant but also offers culinary subjects. I enrolled, I enjoying my stay in COSCa and the rest is history.
I compiled most of the recipes my mom used to cook for us everytime we have special occassions at home.
Hope you enjoy trying out the recipes here and always remember that “Cooking is at once child's play and adult joy. And cooking done with care is an act of love.”
