Christian Education:

Leading us in learning at all ages

Learning is a very important part of any church. Christian Education works with youth groups, Vacation Bible School, Sunday School, Children Worship and Wonder, and lends support to All Stars After School Program and Parents' Day Out. People of all ages have things to learn and things to share. Christian Education brings them together.

Christian Life:

Planning community meals and events

Part of being a church family is sharing fellowship time together. When we sit down for a meal we have a chance to get to know new people and reconnect with old friends. A church is a family and every family needs time together. The Christian Life Team makes our family time happen. Large meals are their specialty. It takes a lot of dedicated workers to cook, clean, decorate and serve five dinners each year.

Worship and Christian Arts:

Helping us express our faith and feelings

Sundays are a big deal in the life of the church. The Worship Team helps with lots of weekly duties, as well as special events and services. Baptisms, Lent, Easter, Advent, Christmas and other special events are part of the Worship Team's planning.

Evangelism:

Reaching out to new people

Growing a church is not easy. The Evangelism Team makes sure we are ready to welcome guests. The Evangelism Team also helps invite people to visit our church, and then follows up after their visits.

Property:

Caring for our buildings and grounds

God has blessed our church with a wonderful building. It takes a lot of work to keep it looking nice and in good repair. The Property Team makes sure that we are caring for our building, inside and out, as well as our church van and parsonage.

Outreach:

Serving others locally

and around the world

Hands-on mission projects are just one of the important jobs of the Outreach Team. They also help educate the church on how our missions funds are used by the larger church in the world. Everything from Habitat for Humanity to the Ministry Center are supported by our Outreach Team.

Finance and Stewardship:

Managing our resources

It takes money to make many programs of the church happen. The Finance and Stewardship Team makes sure that our money is used well. They also help plan and support a Fall Stewardship Campaign each year.
