Sea Crest Homeowners Association in Otter Rock Oregon.

I purchased Sea Crest lot 13 in 1990 and was a member of the board from 
September 1991 through September 1995, during which time I negotiated for
Sea Crest in the settlement of the litigation known as AUO v. FAFCO as well
as the Sewer Service Agreement with H2O&S.
