Office Usage Broadband Configuration
- Outgoing on-net and off-net calls can be supported. This configuration does
not support on-net calls between phones on the LAN. On-net calls are routed via
the Internet.
- The preferred configuration is static pubblic IP setting.
- Firewall is not a supported configurationn under this version.
- There are a lot of considerations when opperating in a LAN environment. It is
recommended that a trial is made before launching in full scale.

Usage Model
Purchase and Setup
Customer buys IP Phone from partners
Partners to setup account and pin and set IP-Phone password to protect the
settings. Partners to configure MAC address, H323 ID, GK IP Address on IP Phone
Partners to inform customers their account number and PIN and view log address
so that they can check their view log.
Partners have to group the source number within the same group otherwise on-net
call will fail Customer to connect to ADSL modem or LAN connection for
broadband, direct to telephone line for dialup.
Once installed, customer can then pick up the phone and dial in the following
sequence:
Off-net call:
(country code) (area code) (number) #
On-net call:
(source number of the other IP phone) #
Each partner will be given a source number range.
Recharge
Customer will call up our partner to recharge.
Partner can then go to the partner support page and recharge the account and
pin. Postpaid partners to use recharge function, prepaid partners to use funds
transfer function.
(Prepaid account to both post-paid and prepaid private label partner.)
Prepaid PINs must be setup as rechargeable through their partners
Support call
If customer ran out of PIN, his/her off-net call will be cut off. However, they
can still make calls to our partners to recharge their PIN or replace.
Partner to put sticker with support number (source number) to call.
View Account Balance
Customer can get account balance by pressing the get balance key on their IP
Phone. To view details of their IP Phone calls, customer will go to PC Phone
(either Fast Net2Fone�s or Private Label�s), enter account and PIN and use the
view log to see the details of their IP Phone calls.
Real time display of information is required. Within a second of hanging up, a
customer will see his call in the view log.
The call-shop can base on this view log to charge his walk-in customers.
There may potentially be a difference between the duration on the IP-Phone and
the view log due to delay in the network.
